The query of the status of the file is done through the web https://sede.mjusticia.gob.es/eConsultas/inicioNacionalidad. Allí deberás introducir una serie de datos para poder ver el estado en el que se encuentra el expediente.
- STATES THE RECORDS OF SPANISH NATIONALITY PRESENTED BY TELEMATIC MEANS
When we consult the nationality file, one of these may come out:
- Open-Registered: means that it has been correctly registered, but is waiting to be admitted for processing by the Ministry of Justice.
- Open-Pending: It means that the official mandatory reports have not yet been requested. Once they are received, the file will enter the qualification and resolution proposal phase. In this state they may require to provide documentation to submit additional information.
- Open- Granted/Denied. Here we can meet… Good news! It has been favorably resolved. We can also find “denied”. In the event that it has been resolved unfavorably, contact us! We also do the resources before the denials.
