We know that there are many questions when it comes to legal issues. How much does a lawyer cost? What are the best lawyers for my case? Do I have the right to claim or compensation? Can I be freelance? Am I entitled to unemployment? Can I regularize my family? That is why we make this section of frequently asked questions available to all our clients. Ordinary advice. Ordinary advice requested by appointment has a cost of €30 VAT included. It has an approximate duration of 1 hour. The advice serves as a provision of funds for the process to be carried out.
Urgent Advice. If, on the other hand, the user needs an urgent visit, (understood urgent as an appointment for the same day with an expert) it has a cost of €60 VAT included, this amount does not serve as a provision of funds for the process that is carried out. It has an approximate duration of 1 hour.
Weekend advice. The cost of the consultancy on the weekend has a cost of €60 VAT included, this amount does not serve as a provision of funds for the process that is carried out. It has a duration of 30m. Must be booked at least 1 week in advance.
Counseling with criminal specialist. The cost of consulting with our specialist criminal lawyer is €50, VAT included. Said amount does not serve as a provision of funds for the process that is carried out. It has a duration of 1h indicative.
Ordinary Double Counseling. If you request a double consultancy with two specialists in different specialties, you must pay €30 VAT included for each one. With the exception of the criminal lawyer who must pay €50 VAT included + €30 from the other specialist
Our work team is open to the public from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Spanish schedule.
If you have an emergency outside of business hours, you can write us directly to the email info@martinezcaballeroabogados.com indicating your full name, and an immediate contact telephone number.
If the doubts that you have are about the subject dealt with in the consultancy, it is complementary or it is necessary to be able to complete the first consultancy, it is not necessary to pay a new amount.
If you are already a client of MC Abogados and you are an active client within one of our departments and you have doubts about other sectors of law, it will not be necessary for you to pay the amount of prior advice.
Our offices are open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. from Monday to Friday, Iberian Peninsula time. It is not necessary to request an appointment to come to drop off documentation or pick up documentation at our offices. If it is advisable that you notify the work team in advance that you are coming to collect or drop off documents so that they can better prepare your file.
If possible, provided that prior notice is given prior to the advice. The two experts you need in the subjects you request will enter the room. In addition, a double payment will be made for each of the lawyers.

The answer is yes, we have collaborators throughout the Spanish territory who can carry out the processes that are required by customers.
Currently MC Abogados has international collaborations in the countries of: Argentina, Colombia, Honduras y México.
The answer is that you can reschedule a visit already arranged at MC Abogados, at no extra cost as long as you do it at least 3 hours in advance. If this is not the case, in order to re-arrange a visit, you must pay the cost of the consultancy prior to the visit.
We currently have appointments as follows: 1) In person at the office 2) by phone call 3) By videoconference. All with the same conditions indicated in terms of cost and indicative duration time.
The answer is yes. The full charge for the consultation will be made. It will have preference regarding the agenda of the expert lawyers.
The answer is no. If you do not carry out the process with MC Abogados, those €30 VAT included become lawyers’ fees and lose the character of provision of funds. Thus, if the process is carried out, they are subtracted and if they are not carried out, they will serve as payment of fees.
The answer is yes, you can personally come to our offices during business hours and request an appointment with the reception person.
The answer is yes. You can attend your visit with your pet as long as it does not show signs of aggressiveness with people and that it has all its corresponding vaccinations.
