Conditions of First Legal Advice
- Cost of the Advisory
- The cost of the consultancy service at MC Abogados for 2025-2026, both online and in person, will be 60.50€. To reserve a day and time, it will be mandatory to make a payment in advance, according to the payment methods indicated in the General Conditions.
- Reservation Confirmation
Once payment is received, the firm will confirm the appointment through the usual communication channels (email, WhatsApp or phone call).
Confirmation will include:
- Date and time.
- Modality (face-to-face/virtual).
- Address or connection link.
- Additional information of interest.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- With prior notice: if the customer cancels at least 24 hours in advance, the amount paid will be refunded by the same means of payment used. In case of impossibility, it will be made in cash at the headquarters of Pl. Tetuán 40-41, floor 1, office 21.
- With late notice (less than 24h): there will be no right to reimbursement, but the counseling may be rescheduled within the following 15 calendar days, depending on the availability of the agenda. The counseling may be carried out in any modality (face-to-face, virtual or telephone).
- No notice/no showIf the client confirms attendance, but does not show up or does not connect in virtual mode or does not show up at the office, the appointment will be considered cancelled after 15 minutes of waiting. In this case, there will be no right to a refund and a new consultancy fee will be charged.
- Changes by the Firm
The firm may change the date and time of the first consultation with at least 48 hours’ notice.
In this case:
- The customer will be offered a priority rescheduling in face-to-face, virtual or telephone mode.
- If the client does not accept the proposed new date, he/she will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
- Acceptance of Conditions
The payment of the first consultancy implies the express acceptance of these specific conditions and of the General Conditions of the firm.
Budget Validity Policies
- Validity
- All quotations issued by Martínez Caballero Abogados shall be valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue.
- If the customer makes the payment within this period, the agreed amount and conditions will be maintained.
- Retroactivity
A budget may be applied retroactively up to a maximum of 3 months prior to issuance, provided that:

The client submits documentation supporting the request.

A partner or manager of the firm approves the retroactivity.

The budget is subject to revision according to the services actually rendered in such period.
- Validation
To validate a quotation, the customer must:
- Confirm your acceptance in writing (e-mail or physical signature).
- Make the payment within the validity period.
If these requirements are not met, the budget will become null and void and a new one will have to be issued.
- Review and Adjustments
The firm may modify budgets in case of:
- Changes in market costs.
- Legal or administrative adjustments.
- Other relevant circumstances.
The customer will be notified prior to final confirmation.
- Acceptance of the Policy
The request or acceptance of a quotation implies the customer’s agreement with these conditions.
