- Official form. It can be downloaded from the DGT Drivers section.
- Valid NIE/DNI.
- Psychophysical fitness report. To do so, we will make an appointment with the medical center that will be the most economical for you. You will have an examination .
- Driver’s license. It must be the original, in force and a photocopy of it.
- A recent photo of 32 x 26 mm.
- Heel photo.
- Written statement that you are not deprived of the right to drive (or suspended) by court order. Also that you do not have another driving license.
