MC Abogados is the owner of all intellectual property rights or any other rights over the website (hereinafter, “Website”) and applications (hereinafter, “Applications”) of MC Abogados, whose access and use by users (hereinafter, “User” or “Users”) is subject to these terms of use (hereinafter, “Terms of Use”) and shall be supplemented by any other legal texts regulating any functionality, service, process, application, platform or means necessary for the use of the Website or the Applications or connected thereto.
Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing the Website and/or the Applications and using the materials contained therein, you signify that you have read and accept, without reservation, these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all or any part of these Terms of Use, you should refrain from using the Website and/or the Applications.
2. OBJECT
The Website and the Applications contain material prepared by MC Abogados for informational purposes only. The user should be aware that such material may not reflect the most recent legislative or jurisprudential status on the issues analyzed. Furthermore, MC Abogados reserves the right to modify, expand or reduce the material offered through the Website and the Applications at any time, by informing the Users.

3. USER COMMITMENTS
In general, the User undertakes to comply with these Terms of Use, as well as to comply with the special warnings or instructions for use contained therein and always act in accordance with the Law in force, morality, good customs and the requirements of good faith and established public order, using due diligence, and refraining from using the Website and/or the Applications in any way that may prevent, damage or impair the normal operation of the same, the property or rights of MC Abogados, other Users or, in general, of any third party.
Specifically, and without implying any restriction to the previous paragraph, the User agrees to:

However, MC Abogados declares that it has adopted and will adopt, where appropriate, all necessary measures within its possibilities and the state of technology to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and/or the Applications and to prevent the existence and transmission of viruses and other harmful components to Users.
MC Abogados reserves the right to interrupt access to the Website and/or the Applications at any time and without prior notice, whether for technical, security, control, maintenance, power failure or any other cause. MC Abogados does not control, in general, the use that Users make of the Website and/or the Applications.
MC Abogados is not responsible for the use that the User makes of the content of the Website and/or the Applications that may involve a violation of any type of regulation, national or international, of intellectual or industrial property rights or of any other rights of third parties.
MC Abogados is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content of the same or others that may be accessed through them. MC Abogados shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the Website and/or the Applications, nor for any action taken on the basis of the information provided therein.

5. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
All Intellectual and Industrial Property rights, as well as all the information contained in the Website and in the Applications (including its information, texts, data, images, graphics, designs, source code, software, trademarks, navigation structures, databases, etc. and any other content appearing therein) are the exclusive property of MC Abogados.
MC Abogados grants a non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable, non-transferable license to the Users to use the Website and the Applications in their current version, which shall be subject to the rest of the terms included in these Terms of Use, as well as to any other applicable terms of use and legislation. The User is only authorized to view and obtain a temporary private copy of the contents for his/her exclusive personal and private use in his/her computer systems (software and hardware) but does not authorize their subsequent transfer to third parties. With the above exceptions, the User may not modify or reproduce, either in part or in whole, this information, without the express written consent of MC Abogados.
No intellectual or industrial property rights, such as copyrights, trademarks, designs or other rights, in the Applications or any of their constituent elements are assigned by these Terms of Use, except for the limited license granted to Users to use the Applications under the terms provided herein.
In this sense, the User is expressly forbidden to reproduce, transmit, transform, distribute, publicly communicate, make available, extract, reuse, exploit or use of any nature, by any means or procedure, any of them, except in cases where it is legally permitted or expressly authorized in writing by MC Abogados.
Users grant MC Abogados a non-exclusive, unlimited, unrestricted, full, transferable, free of charge and sublicensable right of use on data that are not of a personal nature or data whose personal reference has been deleted (anonymized data).
6. DATA PROTECTION

7. THIRD PARTY LINKS
These Terms of Use refer only to the Website and the Applications and contents of MC Abogados, and does not apply to links, web pages and/or applications of third parties accessible through the same or, in general, any other service provided by third parties. MC Abogados cannot control the information, content, products or services provided by third parties that have established links to the Website and/or the Applications and access to them through the Website and/or the Applications does not imply that MC Abogados recommends or approves their content.

In any case, MC Abogados declares that it will proceed to the immediate withdrawal of any link when the contents to which it redirects may contravene national or international legislation, morality or public order.

10. NOTIFICATION OF INCIDENTS AND POSSIBLE INFRACTIONS

11. INDEPENDENCE AND INTEGRATION OF THE CLAUSES
The unlawfulness, invalidity or ineffectiveness of any of the clauses of these Terms of Use shall not affect the effectiveness of the rest, provided that the rights and obligations of the parties arising from the Terms of Use are not affected in an essential way. Essential is understood to be any situation that seriously harms the interests of any of the parties, or that affects the very object of the present Terms of Use. Said clauses shall be replaced or integrated with others that, being in accordance with the law, meet the purpose of the replaced clauses. The parties waive any claim for damages that could be requested for this circumstance.
12. LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
