Dear community:

It’s not every day that one stops to look back calmly. But today I did. And in doing so, I couldn’t help but get excited. The reason? Our firm, Martínez & Caballero Abogados, has been the subject of an article in the prestigious newspaper La Vanguardia. And it is not just any article: it is a recognition of years of work, dedication and commitment to the people who need it most.

For me, and for the whole team, this is not just a mention in a major media. It is a sign that we are doing something right. It is a caress to the soul after so many hours of effort, after so many times in which we rowed against the current. It is living proof that practicing law with humanity, closeness and firmness pays off.

A road built by hand

When we founded the firm with José María, we were very young, but it was clear to us that we wanted to do things differently. We wanted people who came to our office to feel that they were not just a file number, but people with a name, a history, fears and dreams.

I have experienced firsthand what it means to migrate, to start from scratch, to reinvent oneself. That is why, to see that our work has helped others to legalize their situation, start a business, set up a company, bring their family or simply sleep peacefully… is the greatest thing.

It has not been easy. We have cried with frustration, we have had cases that have kept us awake at night, and also many that have made us smile from ear to ear. Each one of them has taught us something. Because here, every client is a teacher.

This achievement is not mine, it is the team’s

I want to make a special mention to each of the people who make up this firm. A multicultural, passionate, empathetic and tremendously professional team. People who do not ask about the time of departure when they have to stay late because a client has the appointment of a lifetime the next day. People who translate, who comfort, who celebrate, who explain, who accompany.

Seeing their excited faces when the article came out was a moment I will never forget. Because this recognition is as much theirs as it is mine. They make it possible for our office model -close, specialized, human- to work day by day.

Why is this also important to you?

If you have arrived here because you saw the article in La Vanguardia, welcome. You are reading someone who, more than managing an office, leads a team with his heart in what he does. And I tell you without false modesty: if you decide to trust us, you will find involvement, legal knowledge, and above all, respect for your story.

This recognition reinforces our credibility, but it also commits us even more. We will not rest on our laurels. We will continue to improve, to train, to innovate… because the trust our customers place in us every day is not taken for granted: it is earned, cared for and honored.

Thank you for walking with us

Thanks to La Vanguardia for telling our story. Thanks to every client who has believed in us. Thanks to those who recommend our firm because they know there are people here who give their all.

We are still by your side from our office in Plaza Tetuán, with the doors open, the coffee pot ready and the same illusion as the first day.

With affection and gratitude,

Diana Catalina Caballero Aguirre
