Social commitment through the law: Lawyers with real impact in Barcelona and Madrid

A firm with social responsibility

At Martínez & Caballero Abogados, we believe that the law is not only practiced in offices, but also on the street, in schools, in welcoming, and in integration. For this reason, our social commitment goes beyond legal assistance: we actively collaborate on projects for socio-laboral insertion, youth training, and the defense of the rights of immigrants, victims of gender-based violence, and vulnerable groups.

The legal profession is a powerful tool for social change. In our firm, we understand the practice of law as a bridge toward inclusion, justice, and the dignity of all people, especially those who need it most.

Our approach combines professional action, legal activism, and collaboration with educational and social institutions, generating an ecosystem where students, migrants, and groups at risk can move forward with legal and human support.

Active actions and programs

Designed for interns and students in work placements from centers such as ESERP, QBid Institut, or other partners. This program allows young people in training to complete professional internships at the firm with real educational supervision.
It includes CV creation, LinkedIn profile optimization, a guide to legal blogs, internal workshops, and direct experience in managing real cases.

More than 20 students have benefited from this initiative in recent years.
