What is it and what requirements must you meet?

The Integration Report is a document used to prove social integration during the process of obtaining an exceptional temporary residence permit (social integration/arraigo social).

To process it, an appointment must be requested at the City Hall. It is important to know that to be eligible, you must be a non-EU foreign national. Furthermore, you must be of legal age (or over 16 with authorization from a legal representative). Por último, y no menos importante, has de encontrarte en situación administrativa irregular o con permanencia autorizada por razones de protección internacional.

Does it have any cost?

Es totalmente gratuito.

What documentation do I need?

Para tramitarlo, necesitas:

  1. Application form.
  2. Complete copy of a valid passport.
  3. Municipal census certificate and historical registration certificate.
  4. Certificate of training courses
  5. Certificate of a 45-hour Catalan language course.
  6. Financial means available, such as an employment contract.

Deadlines? Who issues it?

The report can be requested at any time. Once all documentation is received, they will conduct an interview and send it to your home within 1-2 months. This report will be issued by the Department of Labor, Social Affairs and Families, through the Secretariat of Equality, Migrations and Citizenship, and will state whether the degree of social integration of the interested person is favorable or unfavorable.
