Naissance de la nouvelle loi 6\/2020, du 11 novembre, r\u00e9glementant certains aspects des services de confiance \u00e9lectronique, qui compl\u00e8te le r\u00e8glement (UE) 910\/2014 et abroge la loi 59\/2003, du 19 d\u00e9cembre, sur les signatures \u00e9lectroniques et les pr\u00e9ceptes incompatibles avec le r\u00e8glement (UE) 910\/2014. <\/p>\n

      M\u00e9thodes de v\u00e9rification : <\/span>Il est envisag\u00e9 d’introduire par voie r\u00e9glementaire d’autres m\u00e9thodes telles que la vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence ou la vid\u00e9o-identification qui offrent une fiabilit\u00e9 \u00e9quivalente en termes de v\u00e9rification physique. <\/span> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \u00ab\u00a0<\/span>Par arr\u00eat\u00e9 du ministre de l’\u00e9conomie et de la transformation num\u00e9rique, des dispositions r\u00e9glementaires d\u00e9terminent d’autres conditions et exigences techniques pour la v\u00e9rification \u00e0 distance de l’identit\u00e9 et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, d’autres attributs sp\u00e9cifiques de la personne qui demande un certificat qualifi\u00e9, au moyen d’autres m\u00e9thodes d’identification telles que la visioconf\u00e9rence ou la vid\u00e9o-identification qui offrent une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9quivalente en termes de fiabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence physique, \u00e9valu\u00e9e par un organisme d’\u00e9valuation de la conformit\u00e9. La d\u00e9termination de ces conditions et exigences techniques est fond\u00e9e sur les normes qui, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9es au niveau communautaire.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

        LES OBLIGATIONS ET LES RESPONSABILIT\u00c9S DES PRESTATAIRES DE SERVICES \u00c9CONOMIQUES DE CONFIANCE :<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Dans cette section, il convient de souligner les r\u00e8gles relatives \u00e0 la protection des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel, \u00e9nonc\u00e9es \u00e0 l’article 8, et les obligations en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l’information, \u00e9nonc\u00e9es \u00e0 l’article 13. En outre, un r\u00e9gime de surveillance et de contr\u00f4le beaucoup plus rigide est mis en place. Les fournisseurs de services \u00e9lectroniques de confiance sont tenus de publier des informations v\u00e9ridiques conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la nouvelle norme et au r\u00e8glement (UE) 910\/2014. Une autre section est cr\u00e9\u00e9e pour les notifications sur la plate-forme de certificats, de sorte que les fournisseurs qui \u00e9mettent des certificats \u00e9lectroniques doivent disposer d’un service de consultation publique sur l’\u00e9tat de validit\u00e9 ou de r\u00e9vocation des certificats. <\/p>\n

        L’organisme responsable est le minist\u00e8re des affaires \u00e9conomiques et de la transformation num\u00e9rique (voir le lien pour plus d’informations : https:\/\/portal.mineco.gob.es). <\/span><\/p>\n

        Elle sera \u00e9galement charg\u00e9e de publier et de mettre \u00e0 jour la liste de confiance contenant des informations sur les prestataires de services fiduciaires qualifi\u00e9s. <\/p>\n
