text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>RECOVERING THE INITIAL BALANCE OF POINTS<\/strong> unifies in two years the period that will elapse without committing infractions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">HOW WILL CHANGE THE ALLOWED SPEED UNTIL NOW?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.7999999999999998;
