It is an indispensable requirement for those applying for Spanish citizenship by residence. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Who should take the CCSE?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Generally, applicants for Spanish nationality by residence who are not citizens of a Spanish-speaking country and were not born in Spain are required to take this test.
