To reserve a day and time, it will be mandatory to make a payment in advance, according to the payment methods indicated in the General Conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b><i>  Reservation Confirmation<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once payment is received, the firm will confirm the appointment through the usual communication channels (email, WhatsApp or phone call).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confirmation will include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Date and time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Modality (face-to-face\/virtual).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Address or connection link.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additional information of interest.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><b><i>  Cancellations and Refunds<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>With prior notice:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> if the customer cancels at least 24 hours in advance, the amount paid will be refunded by the same means of payment used. In case of impossibility, it will be made in cash at the headquarters of Pl. Tetu\u00e1n 40-41, floor 1, office 21.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>With late notice<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (less than 24h): there will be no right to reimbursement, but the counseling may be rescheduled within the following 15 calendar days, depending on the availability of the agenda. The counseling may be carried out in any modality (face-to-face, virtual or telephone).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>No notice\/no show<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the client confirms attendance, but does not show up or does not connect in virtual mode or does not show up at the office, the appointment will be considered cancelled after 15 minutes of waiting. In this case, there will be no right to a refund and a new consultancy fee will be charged.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><b><i>  Changes by the Firm<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The firm may change the date and time of the first consultation with at least 48 hours&#8217; notice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this case:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The customer will be offered a priority rescheduling in face-to-face, virtual or telephone mode.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the client does not accept the proposed new date, he\/she will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><b><i>  Acceptance of Conditions<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The payment of the first consultancy implies the express acceptance of these specific conditions and of the General Conditions of the firm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Budget Validity Policies<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>  Validity<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All quotations issued by Mart\u00ednez Caballero Abogados shall be valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the customer makes the payment within this period, the agreed amount and conditions will be maintained.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b>  Retroactivity<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A budget may be applied retroactively up to a maximum of 3 months prior to issuance, provided that:<br><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14.8571px; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: 0px;\"><br>a<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14.8571px; letter-spacing: 0px;\">\n  <b>)<\/b>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14.8571px; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: 0px;\">  The client submits documentation supporting the request.<br><\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 14.8571px; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: 0px;\">b<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14.8571px; letter-spacing: 0px;\">\n  <b>)<\/b>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14.8571px; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: 0px;\">  A partner or manager of the firm approves the retroactivity.<br><\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 14.8571px; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: 0px;\">c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14.8571px; letter-spacing: 0px;\">\n  <b>) <\/b>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14.8571px; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: 0px;\"> The budget is subject to revision according to the services actually rendered in such period.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><b>  Validation<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To validate a quotation, the customer must:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confirm your acceptance in writing (e-mail or physical signature).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make the payment within the validity period.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If these requirements are not met, the budget will become null and void and a new one will have to be issued.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><b>  Review and Adjustments<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The firm may modify budgets in case of:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Changes in market costs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Legal or administrative adjustments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other relevant circumstances.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The customer will be notified prior to final confirmation.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><b>  Acceptance of the Policy<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The request or acceptance of a quotation implies the customer&#8217;s agreement with these conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><b>  Contact<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14.8571px;
