Durch die Zahlung erlischt die urspr\u00fcngliche Verpflichtung, die der Schuldner gegen\u00fcber dem Gl\u00e4ubiger eingegangen ist.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u00fcr viele Menschen ist die Zahlungserleichterung die beste L\u00f6sung, um eine Zwangsvollstreckung zu vermeiden.
