Das neue Gesetz 6\/2020 vom 11. November, das bestimmte Aspekte der elektronischen Vertrauensdienste regelt, erg\u00e4nzt die Verordnung (EU) 910\/2014 und hebt das Gesetz 59\/2003 vom 19. Dezember \u00fcber elektronische Signaturen und die mit der Verordnung (EU) 910\/2014 unvereinbaren Bestimmungen auf. <\/p>\n

      \u00dcberpr\u00fcfungsmethoden: <\/span>Es ist vorgesehen, dass andere Methoden wie Videokonferenzen oder Videoidentifizierung, die eine gleichwertige Verl\u00e4sslichkeit hinsichtlich der physischen \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung bieten, per Verordnung eingef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen. <\/span> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      „<\/span>Durch Verordnung des Ministers f\u00fcr Wirtschaft und digitale Transformation werden weitere Bedingungen und technische Anforderungen f\u00fcr die Fern\u00fcberpr\u00fcfung der Identit\u00e4t und gegebenenfalls anderer spezifischer Attribute der Person, die ein qualifiziertes Zertifikat beantragt, durch andere Identifizierungsmethoden wie Videokonferenzen oder Videoidentifizierung festgelegt, die eine gleichwertige Sicherheit in Bezug auf die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit wie die physische Anwesenheit bieten, wie sie von einer Konformit\u00e4tsbewertungsstelle bewertet wird. Die Festlegung dieser technischen Bedingungen und Anforderungen erfolgt auf der Grundlage der Normen, die gegebenenfalls auf Gemeinschaftsebene festgelegt wurden.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

        PFLICHTEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN VON VERTRAUENSW\u00dcRDIGEN WIRTSCHAFTSDIENSTLEISTERN:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        In diesem Abschnitt sind die Vorschriften \u00fcber den Schutz personenbezogener Daten in Artikel 8 und die Verpflichtungen zur Informationssicherheit in Artikel 13 hervorzuheben. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird ein viel strengeres \u00dcberwachungs- und Kontrollsystem eingef\u00fchrt. Die vertrauensw\u00fcrdigen Anbieter elektronischer Dienste sind verpflichtet, wahrheitsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Informationen im Einklang mit der neuen Norm und der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 910\/2014 zu ver\u00f6ffentlichen. Ein weiterer Abschnitt wird f\u00fcr Benachrichtigungen auf der Zertifikatsplattform geschaffen, so dass Anbieter, die elektronische Zertifikate ausstellen, \u00fcber einen \u00f6ffentlichen Abfragedienst \u00fcber den G\u00fcltigkeits- oder Widerrufsstatus der Zertifikate verf\u00fcgen m\u00fcssen. <\/p>\n
